Our Most Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased on Skiddle here: https://skiddle.com/e/36009030

I have a ticket from postponed events in 2020/21, can I use them for 2022? How do I get a refund if I cannot make the new dates?

Ticket holders from postponed events will be contacted directly by Skiddle when 2022 tickets are announced and on-sale. You will be offered the opportunity to keep your booking for the new event, or may need to have your ticket cancelled depending on the individual circumstances.

Please look out for an email from Skiddle support, which will provide your options for carrying forward, or obtaining an immediate refund. Requests which are received after the notice period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We would like to see as many 2020/21 ticket holders at the 2022 as possible and give our huge thanks once again for all your patience through the pandemic period!

How can I get there? Is parking available on site?

Location: The Lambing Shed, Moseley Hall Farm, Chelford Rd, Knutsford WA16 8RB

You may access the festival site via the entrance to Booth’s Park Estate only, which will be clearly signposted on arrival. See Google Maps for directions here: https://g.page/booths-park

Please travel to the event using public transport, or by car-pooling where possible. Knutsford Train Station is just 5 minutes drive from the site and a shuttle bus service will be made available to support easy travel. Details for shuttle bus services will be released in due course and updated in this page.

Cheshire Fest will make pre-booked car parking tickets available via Skiddle, providing secure, on-site parking facilities at Booth’s Park courtesy of the estate owners and our kind supporters, Bruntwood. Parking will be charged at a very low price in order to cover basic costs. Please do not park in nearby residential zones as we must try to minimise the impact of this event on neighbouring communities and in order for the event to continue at this site in future. Prioity disabled parking spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Cheshire Fest will work to make local taxi companies aware of the event in advance, but please do ensure that you pre-book your transport to avoid any difficulties obtaining a lift to or from the event. Minibuses and coach parties are welcome, we will issue instructions for you to pass onto your driver/supplier in advance of the festival weekend.

When will the lineup be released? Can children attend the event? Can we bring a dog or pets to this event?

Information about lineup and attendances will be released via the website and social media channels and highlighted in public press and communications in due course.

On safety grounds, no pets will be allowed to be brought to the event under any circumstances. Please find a dogsitter for the day!
